Coming from interstate with no local contacts to call on & all the dilemma's a deceased estate entails, Chris helped me find a qualified handyman who helped me get the property ready for sale over an extended period of time. Within 48hours of letting Chris do his thing, we sold at a good price and the new homeowners are first home buyers, not investors, which would have thrilled my aunt. Throughout the process, Chris called me after every open house with an update and from our conversations, I really felt that he had my best interest at heart.

Dilemmas of a Deceased Estate

Thankfully, Chris took time to understand the predicament I found myself in trying to settle my aunt’s deceased estate which involved a challenging Will. There was no smooth sailing with this one! Coming from interstate with no local contacts to call on, Chris helped me find a qualified handyman who helped me get the property ready for sale and then went about to get the best offer he could. This whole drama took nearly two years to resolve and just when I had had enough and was about to accept anything, Chris told me to hand over to him and let him do his job. I met Chris and spoke to him for the first time at a house inspection. I thought that the house I was inspecting would be outside my price range, but Chris encouraged me to put in an offer. Chris’ professionalism was excellent, as he was definitely looking after the vendor and myself as the ‘potential’ purchaser. He told me that he would call me back within 5 minutes after speaking to the vendor. Sure to his word he called and told me that the house would be mine if I increased my offer some more. I did not really expect to be purchasing a house that day so I was very excited. Chris’ skills as an agent gave me confidence to push forward believing that the purchase would go ahead smoothly.
