My husband Craig and I found Jo extremely easy to communicate with. At our first meeting Jo explained to us how the marketing campaign would be run and all the costs involved. In turn, she asked us at what level of participation we would be comfortable with in so far as “open house” and “private showing” were concerned and explained the benefit of both. Jo went out of her way to put our house on the internetwhen services were limited because of the holidays. Without Jo’s lobbing and communication skills we would not have been able to engage the photographer to do the shoot of the house while he was on his holidays. Jo’s sold our house in less than a week and for a price that was deserving to our property. I have dealt with Howard for over 2 years, during this time I have found him to be an honest competant person. Howard sold my very difficult property to sell, he was always punctual and kept me informed of what was happening with it. He made sure all my lights were off as he new I had strong views about energy use and conservation. My property was always left tidy and the doors locked. During the selling period I was going through a very difficult and unexpected settlement where I had lost my confidence and was having great difficulty mentally and emotionally. Howard did not take advantage of this, he was not only thoughtful and considerate but gave me good advice even when on many occasions I probably harassed him with what I felt where the injustices of the settlement. Howard was truthful and always treated me fairly. When looking for a new home Howard was very helpful and went out of his way to find me something suitable to my particular needs. He not only pointed out what the advantages of each property were but any minor faults that may require attention. When I was about to make my final decision Howard organised for an inspection of the two properties I had to pick from at short notice. I brought my sister Robyn along to reinforce my views on the property which would be more suitable for me and to point out any problems I may have missed. Howard left us in peace to consider whether to make an offer and did not pressure me to sign on the spot. In conclusion I would like to say that Howard was highly professional and competant, he treated me respectfully and fairly especially in this difficult time for me. I would thoroughly recommend him as straightforward honest real estate agent. In my view Howard should be the standard to which all real estate agents should aim, the industry would have much higher respect with more people like him. Stephen Brook.
